RED WINE D.O.C. COLLI ALTOTIBERINI
Ruby red, clear and bright; the intense and complex nose reminds the wild berries, aromatic herbs and violets, enriched with balsamic and menthol notes. This wine has a sweet taste harmonized by a tannic frame modulated through an excellent relation between freshness and flavor. Ideal with roast and grilled meat, braised game and stracotti.

HARVEST End of September – beginning of October
VINIFICATION fermentation and maceration in stainless steel temperature-controlled vats at 28/20°C for 10/12 days
AGING = 4/6 months
