I.G.P Rosè Wine UMBRIA
Wine of cherry color with garnet, intense aroma with hints of raspberry and cherry.
Fresh flavor and moderately acidic, opens with hints of red fruit, with good persistence on the palate and sweetness, dry finish and savory goes well the first and the second fish, served cold as an aperitif.
Production Zone = Ramazzano, Perugia
Vitigni = Varietals Sangiovese 80%, Merlot 20%
Harvest = Mid September
Winemaking = maceration of the grapes in the cold for a few hours, soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature
Ground = Mixed clayey soil, medium texture.
Planting density = 4700 plants per ettero.
Refinement = Storage in stainless steel tanks
Temperature = 10-12°C
