Ruby red mantle, intense and bright. Scents of red fruit and hints of spice. It has aromas of licorice and herbs and pleasant fruity notes. It opens on the palate with pleasant sweetness and a soft structure. It goes nicely with fish and meat dishes.

HARVEST: End of September
VINIFICATION: Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel temperature-controlled vats at 28/20°C for 10/12 days
AGING: In stainless steel vats
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18°C
